IWH GmbH Explosion Proof & Heat Tracing Department

Started its activity in field of Explosion proof equipment and Electrical Heat Tracing since 2005, This department have had expanded cooperation with Oil, Gas, petroleum , steel and other industries in field of goods providing and trading. this department, during expanding technology and industries has expanded its activity in field of consulting , designing, providing, installation and commissioning and now have ability doing project in EPC.
Furthermore ,our department been able to enter new system and technology (Linear Sensing of Temperature) in area , in field of temperature monitoring and instrument by cooperation with wellknown international company.

Electrical Heat Tracing

Electrical Heat Tracing is a system used to maintain or raise the temperature of pipes and vessels. Trace heating takes the form of an electrical heating element run in physical contact along the length of a pipe. The pipe is usually covered with thermal insulation to retain heat losses from the pipe

Linear Sensor of Temperature

Linear Sensor of Temperature is for Temperature monitoring in Tunnels , cable tunnels, conveyer belts and in places with hard access and with high humidity, dust , corrosive materials .
there are many applications in which conventional detection methods, despite their high technical standards, can only be employed to a limited extent or not at all. Here you only have to think of harsh, inhospitable surrondings, in which dust, dirt, exhaust fumes, humidity, fog, freezing and vibration have to be taken into account.
the acronym LIST is derived from linear sensing of Temperature: Temperature acquisition over long distance.
the main components of LIST are a Sensor with special integrated tempreture sensors and a central sensor control.

Explosion Proof Equipment

IWH GmbH offers a broad portfolio of electrical equipment and solutions for installation and control of machinery and electrical networks in harsh environments and explosion hazardous areas.
